I can't say enough good things about this office. Dr. Braswell and his staff are incredible! From the front desk to the surgery nurses and then of course, Lanie. I have never felt so heard from a doctor's office! I am petite and have had big boobs since a child. I had been talking about getting a breast reduction for decades. After they got bigger for the third time, I was fed up and decided to take the leap. I had read lots of reviews about Dr. Sanderson, but Dr. Braswell was available sooner and it was fate. My initial consultation was a breeze. They discuss why you are there and what your expectations are. They totally understood that my breasts were too big for my frame. No pressure to move forward but I was sold day one. I was able to schedule my surgery for 2 months after my consultation. They are super clear on instructions for pre and post op care. I was very nervous on surgery day but Dr. Braswell and the surgery nurses made me feel so comfortable. Surgery went well and my hubby was kept informed throughout the procedure. The recovery is truly not bad. You have the right drugs to get you through and it's more uncomfortable than painful. I had my surgery on a Thursday and I was off narcotics by Tuesday. Would just take ibuprofen/Tylenol if I was feeling a little rough. But I completely stopped those within a week post op. They are extremely supportive and you see them quite a bit post op. Dr. Braswell gives you his cell phone number and will check in with you. He also strongly encourages you to text him if you have questions or concerns. I took full advantage of that! My recovery has been a little different than others. I ended up getting a wound under my right breast. This part is totally normal. The abnormal part is that my body was not healing that wound quickly. Apparently my body was rejecting the sutures and causing irritation. This has been annoying, but Dr. Braswell and Lanie have been there for me every step of the way. They will not abandon you! They will see you whenever you need and respond so quickly when you reach out. I truly wish every medical visit could be like this. Even with my delayed recovery, I don't regret a thing. I am so happy with the results! I no longer look like I'm wearing a tent when I have a t-shirt on. I feel lighter and free! They look beautiful! If you are thinking about getting a breast reduction, call them now! It will be the best decision you ever made! Thank you to everyone for supporting me. I had a tummy tuck at Flower Mound Plastic Surgery on 05/22/25 and if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Five just isn’t enough. I have had several surgeries in my lifetime and never had such a great experience. Dr Braswell is absolutely wonderful, personable, and so responsive to text messages, and with you every step of the way, from the initial consultation right through the recovery period. The surgical team was awesome. Lanie Sutton, was incredible and so enjoyable to have as my nurse. I have a close friend that recently lost a lot of weight, and she said when she’s ready to nip and tuck, she is definitely going to Flower Mound Plastic Surgery. I was greeted with professionalism from the very first phone call to schedule a consult. I had been to three other doctors before Dr. Sanderson. When meeting with Dr. Sanderson I expressed my concern wanting minimally invasive treatment where other doctors wanted to upsell treatment I did not agree with. Dr . Sanderson agreed conservative treatment would be best. Preop visits and calls were detailed and informative. I was able to reach out to Lanie at all times with questions answered in less than an hour via email or text. My surgery day was smooth and efficient. Post op pain was minimal. I worked in surgery for 40 years-I know post op discomfort is minimal when the doctor handles patients with gentle care during the procedure. I took one day of pain pills and two halves of a pain pill on day 2-I had old implants removed/replaced with one implant being encapsulated.. I took advil/tylenol after the second day. One week post op was today-im healing fantastic. I have put this surgery off for a few years due to personal conflicts. If I knew the process was going to be so simple and smooth-I would have had treatment a long time ago.
